Pdf+ (for UIQ smartphones) is a reader for PDF documents, which are also known as Adobe® Acrobat® files. Optimized for mobile phones, Pdf+ is very easy to use, fast, small and packs a lot of features.
This distribution of Pdf+ is for UIQ 2.x smartphones, such as the SonyEricsson P900, the Motorola A1000 and the Nokia 6708.

Features
The file view gives you an overview of the PDF documents on your device, and you can manage and open them easily. You can open password-protected files, and files encrypted with 40 and 128 bits Standard encryption.
In the page view, you get all the functions you'd expect, such as displaying specific pages, searching, zooming, full screen mode and displaying and following bookmarks and links. The built-in help text explains the use of the program in detail.
You can reflow the text of a document to make it fit the small screen of a Smartphone. You can set column mode to make reading pages using columns of text much easier. You can save your favorite view settings.
Pdf+ can display PDF documents in most languages. For displaying certain Simplified and Traditional Chinese documents you can install a plug-in.
Pdf+ is a native viewer. There is no need to convert a PDF document with your PC to a proprietary format, saving you much time, money and hassle. You can therefore send PDF documents using E-mail, Infrared and Bluetooth, and you can immediately read PDF documents you received as E-mail attachments, or you downloaded from the Web.

Pdf+ (for UIQ smartphones) has a free demo version [.sis file, 818Kb].
This version should work on all devices apart from the SonyEricsson
P910. The demo version has limited functionality. In particular, you can
- go to the previous and next page
- zoom in and out
- search for strings
- set full screen mode
- access the help text
Other functions display a dialog instead of executing the function. Finally, the Character Collection plugins are not available, making certain Chinese files not properly readable.
The demo version is an unsigned sis file. Current UIQ 2.x devices allow you to install such files, after displaying a warning message.
Pdf+ is distributed under this license [.txt file, 5 Kb]. You need to accept the license to be able to install Pdf+.
P910 Upgrade
The Pdf+ P910 upgrade version [.sis file, 764 Kb] is also available for free. The P910 upgrade version can only be used on the SonyEricsson P910. It will neither install, nor work on other UIQ devices.
